Check before you pay
Read the description, ask questions and check the item before paying. Agree the total price and collection or delivery details directly with the seller.
Describe it clearly
Use clear photos and describe the item’s condition, price and availability honestly. Mention faults and any collection or delivery limits.
Protect your account
Keep passwords and verification codes private. A genuine buyer or seller does not need either to arrange a transaction.
Plan the collection
Agree where and when to meet, and use a suitable public place when practical. Avoid putting your full home address in a public advert.
Report a concern
Use Report abuse on a listing or email hello@falklands.market with its link. Pause the transaction if something feels wrong.
